Mie Heart Center has reservation system to make minimize the waiting time. Please make your reservation with telephone before you visit.

First visit
Fill out an application form, and submit it with your health insurance card at the reception desk. If you have a medical referral letter, submit it at the reception desk together.
Revisit
Please show your patient ID card at reception desk.
* Please be sure to bring your health insurance card at the first visit of each month.
